Meal plans and nutritional guidance can also be provided. With a level 3 personal training qualification and a previous career as a chef, meal plans can be created that taste amazing, are healthy and help you to achieve your fitness goals. Healthy eating does not have to mean bland and boring food.
Why not add venture to your life and book us in for cross country trail running. With extensive knowledge of the surrounding land we can take our fitness into the beauty of the countryside and soak in some amazing views along the way. Either straight up cross country running or interval running with some body weight exercises can be included to mix it up and get a full workout.
